When you turn the keyboard on, your B1 LED light is already blinking. Go to your settings and press/click on pair. If you want to pair a device with B2 or B3, you press and hold the Fn key, and while holding it press the number 2 or 3 on the number row and let go. After that press and hold Fn then while holding Fn press the letter P then let go of both.
