I don't know about the app. But It works on everything I've done so far, and I use a MacBook Pro and air.

Would this work if I have my iPad air 2020 already connected to an apple magic keyboard case?
I can't answer for the iPad Air, but it does work with my IPad Pro attached to the Magic Keyboard Case.
