Love the keyboard -- it's got a good feel, it's solidly built, and it retains the keyboard brightness if you have to reboot (which the competition doesn't do). Highly recommended.
I like the keyboard in general, especially the USB slots, but I wish the changes to the keyboard backlighting worked, and I wish the F-row worked. I followed the directions in the on-line directions, but nothing worked. I would appreciate more assistance with that, but haven't had the time yet to contact customer support. If both worked, I would give this 5 stars.
Package arrived from the US Postal Service badly mangled but fortunately the keyboard itself was undamaged. However, I found that the keyboard was slightly warped, maybe as a result of the shipping or perhaps from manufacturing and it did not want to lay perfectly flat on my desk. The company reached out and offered to help me correct the situation, but I decided that the warpage was so slight. It wasn't worth the hassle. After some initial mapping issues. I'm very happy with the keyboard. It has a great action.
I. I am using it with a Mac and all seems well as the key action is comfortable, and only the function keys seem to be recalcitrant, but I cannot say it is an error as I am not used to using them
Backlit is nice but overkill for me.
Keyboard is not flat - it is bent downward in the middle and touches the surface of the item it is placed on which allows it to rock and make tapping noises.
Also, the LEDs under certain keys direct light upward towards the typist and are distracting.
I like my new keyboard. I want to love it, but the F-keys do not work and when I follow the instructions in the owners manual, nothing happens except the F-14 key that makes the monitor dimmer ( but does not let the monitor go back to the original lightness). Also, I cannot find instructions on how to make the LED lighting on the keyboard go brighter or darker. Otherwise I like it...
Very responsive and the backlit feature is great. It’s good looking too. I would have given it a 5 except for on the numbers where the - minus key should be on top above what ever key is above. A strong 4.5 star rating. It’s plug and play
I emailed to let you know that not all the back lights worked and the best you could do is say 'send it back'. If I had bought it thru Amazon I would have the opportunity to write a review but unfortunately because I didn't, I cannot write a review which would be 1 star anyway. If the best you can do is "send it back" when a customer has a problem then your product is not worth buying
