Return Information

To return a product, please send us an email at rma@macally.com or call us at 1.800 644.1132 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST).

Return Policies

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we do have some policies in place. You will have 30 days to return or exchange the product after the date you received the product as verified by the shipping carrier. However, you will be responsible for paying shipping back to Macally.

Product must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If this condition is not met and still returned, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.

Gift Cards cannot be returned for cash.

If it is a product bought at one of our partner retailers, please contact them for returns. However, if it is a warranty issue, you can contact us as well for help.
