Shipping Locations

Currently, Macally.com is only shipping to the 48 continental states.

Shipping Orders

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after completed orders have been received and payment have been processed. You will be notified that products were shipped out with an estimated delivery date.

 

Canceling an Order

You cannot cancel an order that has already been processed internally and currently in the fulfillment stage. However, you can try calling the customer service line at 1.800.644.1132. to stop it from being processed.

 

Delivery Address

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Macally as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Macally, please contact Macally to make arrangements for reshipment.

Macally ships out of its warehouse in Ontario, California. 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by adding the product to you shopping cart and including basic shipment information, which includes your nation and postal code. 

Delivery Times

If your order is being shipped from Macally to a US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. This will be followed up with an  These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.

Standard Shipping

Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 5-10 business days after shipment.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates

Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped from Macally are the responsibilities of the carrier. Our responsibility is to get it to the carrier before the appropriate date. 

 

Delivery Notice

Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Macally facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Macally's control, once your order leaves Macally's facilities, Macally cannot assume liability for late deliveries.
