Connects Quickly and Very Durable I love how durable this keypad is! Owning two businesses and doing lots of spreadsheet work, I move my laptop set-up a lot! I know this keypad won't have buttons popping off or get ravaged in my bag during transport. And it connected very quickly, first time out of the box! I named her Sidekick :)

A great keypad, but bring your own USB-C charger I’m an accountant that works a hybrid job, so I got this to have a 10-key without having to lug my full keyboard back and forth from my desk at my office. I splurged a little bit and got this Macally one, for both the extra function keys (especially the screenshot key, since I use that quite a bit on my Logitech MX Master) and the USB-C charging, so I don’t have to worry about an adapter to charge it with my 2019 MacBook Pro. They keypad itself has a USB-C port, but the charger included in the box has USB-A on one end…which sort of defeats the purpose of USB-C, at least for me. Thankfully I have other USB C to C cables, but it was still a letdown.
Great for Data Entry and Accounting I use a Mac to do data entry and accounting work for my job. I ordered this to help since the laptop keyboard doesn't have a 10 key for numbers. This is by far one of my favorite office purchases. The cut/copy/paste buttons are amazing. You must make sure that you have set it for a Mac with the PC/Mac button at the top for these functions to work. This saves me a lot of time when transferring information between spreadsheets. The screenshot, save, and print buttons work seamlessly as well. Great keypad.

Being a meter reader, I am proficient in ten key by touch, with my old device I can walk around a property and type in 300 six digit #'s in less than 30 minutes. However, the new device i have has the keys upside down (1, 2, 3 across the top) resulting in doubling time on site as well as continuous mis-types. Using this key pad connected to my new device, I am able to do my job quickly and most importantly, accuractely again.

Not That Great for Macs Despite having 'mac' in the brand name, this keypad isn't that great for Macs. It doesn't communicate it's battery life out to the Mac and there are some keypad issues. Also, it's physically not a great match for the modern Mac keyboards/trackpads. Perhaps this works better with a PC, but I was underwhelmed and left wanting for the promised functionality.

Works great This is awesome to have our laptop didn't come with the number pad. Directions were a little hard to understand what key to push but when we flipped over the number pad it showed you what to use
Fantastic addition to a MacBook! I purchased this for my husband, as he is constantly entering numbers on a spreadsheet. With no number keypad on the MacBook, he wasn't able to easily enter numbers. This small keypad is an outstanding addition! It is small enough to tuck into the computer bag for travel, too. Great purchase!!!

It works well Not as easy to set up as I would’ve liked, but once I read the directions, it was relatively simple and works well.
Remote work helper! Super useful for remote work! Especially when your home keyboard/laptop doesn’t have a number pad. Sometimes it might take a second to catch up, but it happens so rarely it’s not too big of an issue. Have been able to connect it to multiple devices (not at the same time) successfully.
Works fine. Unit arrived in perfect condition with all keys intact. I installed the supplied battery and proceeded to pair it with my tablet. Nothing happened. I opened the battery compartment door and spun the battery while installed and tried again. Bingo! Paired fine. Works great and is just what I wanted. I like the small size. One oddity is that when it connects to my tablet when I turn it on, a mouse cursor appears in the center of the display, but that disappears after maybe 10 seconds. The keys have a nice feel and are very quiet. Not silent, but close enough. So, I'm happy with it.
Works really well with mac mini. This is a nice number keyboard addon for your computer. It works well and I only have one issue that isn't really an issue. It sometimes takes a while to wake up from sleep mode. Not really a problem but it would be nice to see a faster response time to wake up.
