Excellent replacement for wireless apple keyboard I've used the bluetooth Apple numeric keypads (I have two that I rotate based on charge) for 5+ years, but in the last few months they have both started suffering very annoying connection issues. Keystrokes glitch, typos galore, and no amount of PRAM resets would fix the issue. 2020 MacBook Pro with M1 processor so by no means ancient, and a new laptop is not in the cards. This keyboard is positively fantastic!! Nearly identical in size, very smooth keystrokes with an only slightly deeper stroke than the Apple version. For $40 you cannot go wrong. I now have two very expensive paperweights but I was about to throw them out the window anyways due to frustration. Buy this without question.
Just OK — Keyboard letter ink bad Purchased in November ‘23 and here in Feb ‘24 the ink is wearing off. Not even a daily driver computer this is used on!I really like the slim profile and the chiclet keys are just as good as Apple’s.I really do not like having to turn on function keys every session.I absolutely loathe the quality of printing on the keys since it’s coming off after three months of light use.
Three keys on the left (control, option command) Three keys on the left (control, option command) are far easier to use, ergonomically-speaking, than four (function, control, option command).I went through a number of keyboards that had four keys on the left (function, control, option command) which left me hitting "function" when I meant to hit "control." Switching to this keyboard solved the problem.The Macally keyboard also very well made, sturdy, with good fit and finish. It's also angled in a way that's easy to type on. I continue to love this keyboard!
Great replacement for my Apple keyboard I tool a chance cause price was right and if it didn't work I'd gave to buy an apple OEM replacement for over hundred bucks. It turned out to be a good decision so far I've used it for a week no problems. It works all my shortcuts does everything I need.It gas a aluminum look face and plastic underside but looks real good.Only thing I had to get used to is feel of the keys. They are not same tension quality as Apple but I'm used to them and they are fine isn't worth hundred bucks . So basically very pleased with this keyboard.
Nice keyboard, dont get if you play games! it's a nice keyboard, with nice travel. I would not get it for gaming specifically rhythm games. I play sometimes and the keys can get stuck.
Love my new keyboard! I was having issues with my (generic) keyboard. It wouldn't allow me to use the shortcut keys (cmd-c and cmd-v) to copy and paste. Evidently, I copy and paste things a lot! I didn't want to spend a ton or an Apple keyboard, so I decided to go with this one. It's wonderful...the keyboard is set up with all the features I'd want, plus it's super-quiet. It's a keeper, for sure.
Praticamente uguale alla tastiera originale Arrivata in un buon imballo, è perfetta al tocco (il feedback dei tasti è veramente gradevole) e oserei dire che è meglio dell'originale perché rimane salda sulla scrivania. Anche il cavo è più lungo di quello della tastiera originale.Attenzione però: questa tastiera è perfetta per chi come me usa la QWERTY americana. Chi usa la tastiera italiana (oppure chi usa quella inglese britannica) deve comprare rispettivamente un modello IT o UK/GB.
Very impressed with quality! I'm pleasantly surprised with how nice this keyboard is! I bought it to replace my apple keyboard that I tragically spilled coffee all over and ruined. I didn't want to fork out $100+ in case I was clumsy and spilled coffee again so I found this keyboard and gave it a try! It's exactly what I was looking for! It has the look of an apple keyboard for a fraction of the price. It's really great quality too. I was surprised at how heavy and solid it is. The keys feel great and typing this review was a breeze. I highly recommend!
Decent Replacement for Mac wireless keyboard for the price. Ordered the macally keyboard on Saturday April 20th , 2019 and received it the next day on Sunday! Amazing delivery. I was skeptical on receiving the keyboard because the reviews are very mixed but I took a chance because of the price. The packaging seemed to check off, everything new, opened the packaging and manual included. My Mac ask to recognize the keyboard and that worked just fine too. I will update my review after a few months since I use my computer only about a hour a day.
Caps Lock Light Not Working Consistently I've had this keyboard for less than a week and the caps lock light comes and goes. Seems it's okay when the computer first boots up in the morning, but by lunch time the light isn't working, which stinks because I am constantly going between all caps and u/lc. I'd return it but then I'd be without a keyboard like the Apple keyboard I had (which I loved) and I don't know if replacing it would take care of the issue.
The keyboard I purchased works very well. Arrived on time and plugged it right in with no problems. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a replacement keyboard.

It’s nice and easy to hook up. I wish there was a way to elevate the top part just slightly, but I’m adjusting to this as it is. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t slide around as it’s being used. Over all it’s very nice.
Great keyboard for working from home on my iMac, way better than the clunky logitech keyboard I got for free with the computer. My only complaint is during the first day I was using it the light for the caps lock stopped working so now I have no idea when it's on or not. Unplugging it and plugging it back in did not work. When I wake up the computer by hitting a random key the light flashes for the caps lock sensor but continues to not work. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchase.
This keyboard will not wake-up a Mac Mini (M4). You have to physically unplug the keyboard and plug it back in again for it to work. If you want a working keyboard stick with Apple.
This is my second Macally keyboard of this type. Unfortunately, the space bar is very "sticky" on this one. You have to really hit it hard in order for it to work. Makes typing less than ideal.
After telling your rep I really wanted a keyboard with USB ports, she said she's email me instructions for returning the 6909 keyboard. Unfortunately, I didn't receive those instructions for four hours, so I thought she had forgotten. I packed up the keyboard and shipped it back to you that afternoon (just as the post office was closing), but without an RMA number, just my order number on the box. I haven't heard a thing about it, and it's been almost two weeks. I was promised a replacement keyboard with a hub, and it hasn't arrived yet. Can you tell me when I can expect it?
Old Fashioned Keyboard I bought this keyboard to replace a wireless one that would no longer keep a charge. I wanted something that was easy to use, slimline, and had low keys (I have arthritis in my hands and fingers). This keyboard is great. It works as it should, and it is super easy to type on. For the price, I don't mind the cord at all.
It's okay! I have had issues with the shining from capital letters it doesn't work all the time, I have to disconnect and reconnect several times per month. Its an "okay" product for the price.
Caps Lock light doesn't work Key board is great except for the issue of no Caps Lock light. It works for a few minutes when you first plug it in, but then goes inactive. I've seen this reported before.
Recommend I do really like this keyboard; it’s responsive and quiet. I only wish the letters,etc were black instead of gray so they’d be a little easier to see. But overall happy with it.
Caps Lock key should turn on right on its key. It's a great keyboard. But, seriously.. Why do I have to check on my right whether the freaking Caps Lock key is engaged?
