Needed a mouse for laptop gaming I didn’t think this mouse would work, all the other ones I’ve tried with bluetooth never seemed to work for my laptop. I use the MacBook 2020 version and it moves so amazingly my only problem is that when you open your device after a while of non use you have to unplug and replug it in, but besides that it’s amazing!! Been having it for a good two weeks now (:

This mouse is quite possibly, the greatest design ever conceived. With a depth of an inch +\- .05, the Macally USB-C mouse rests within the hand like a newborn in a mother’s arms after a tense, lengthy, and beautiful labor. It’s corded functionality provides fail proof use day in and day out. A slide across most any surface reveals stunning accuracy and repeatability of on screen results. Did I mention that this product has a third button? Placed conveniently in between the left and right mouse button is a dual purpose scroll wheel/center mouse button. I cannot understate how valuable this functionality is. Pressing it for the first time, and experiencing orbit in conjunction with other hotkeys inside of software felt like being reunited with your family’s long lost first dog. The one that ran away when you were young, replaced by your current dog, who’s personality never quite lived up to the original family pet. After a period of separation that doused all feelings of loss, an unexpected bark brought you to the front door. Upon opening (or clicking, for this metaphor’s sake) you are taken aback by the raw emotion that is being reunited with what became more than man’s best friend. It became man’s brother and sister. If I was ambidextrous, and the functioning of a computer allowed it? I would use two of these. Buy this mouse. And then buy another one just to put in a glass display case behind your work space.

I Got It To Work by Restarting Laptop I restarted the laptop & that apparently worked. Should have been in the instructions.
One less daily dose of radiation Okay....I know nothing about bluetooth except I don't really want constant exposure to it, along with 5G towers, wireless headsets, wi-fi routers, unwanted dental X-rays, questionable cellphone radiation and radon gas in the house...among other things.So a comfortable, well made corded mouse from Macally is a welcome product and one I would recommend.

constantly disconnects I specifically purchased a wired mouse because I didn't want to worry about having to replace batteries all the time. However I continuously have to unplug this mouse and plug it back in.

USB-C connection not stable The USB-C connection to my Mac is not stable and doesn't really fit. I often need to push it hard to get it work. It doesn't click so I never know when it is connected until the mouse doesn't move the pointer in the monitor. I am happy with the size (small) and operation. I don't play game so cannot give a rate for this.

something about iMac I love this and it is super fast and works well but it freezes on my iMac so I have to unplug and plug it back in at least one time per day. I don't love the wear and tear of doing so on my computer. Otherwise, great mouse.
