Exceptional product, colour is slightly off This is the 3rd one I’ve ordered over the years - no issues with any of them, just desks needing support and I’m not lugging these around.I realised I had the same concern the previous times: the space gray images advertised is much darker than the actual product received. I guess the dark colour advertised is closer to gun metal but it’s what’s advertised so it’s what’s expected. The item I received is the same colour as my space gray MacBook, but I was hoping for a much darker colour, as advertised.Anyway, apart from that, the product is exceptional. Sturdy, minimalist look, and very light considering it’s all metal. The rubber supports are solid and thick - you won’t be scratching your laptop on this very easily. The first one I purchased in 2019 and it still works perfectly without the rubber supports deteriorating whatsoever.Highly recommend this product.
Great! Perfect pair for macbook pro and macally leyboard
Well made but flexes with larger heavier laptop This is well made and has good padding under the laptop and the legs but it flexes a bit with my 5.8 lbs Asus 15.6" ROG Strix laptop. If you are buying it to use with a USB docking station to simply raise the height of your laptop screen you are good to go. If you plan to use the laptop keyboard or touchpad at all get a heavier duty stand. For height reference the monitor is a Dell U2415 monitor raised to the highest on its stand. note: this stand in space gray is not as dark as pictured
Sturdy, Solid Computer Stand Love this! It’s very sturdy and my computer fits perfectly!
Exactly what I needed. Easy to put together and works perfectly with my 17" laptop! Makes studying online and taking notes at the same time easier. Very sturdy and would definitely recommend. Fast delivery too!
Sturdy, fits as advertised up to 17 in Very sturdy and actually fits my 17 inch laptop, pictured. Tested a few different brands before finding this one that actually holds steady for typing. I like the design with little surface contact at the bottom of the laptop so it is aired out and doesn’t heat up.
Sehr guter Laptop-Ständer in guter Qualität!
Good quality and price Amazing product. I’m super happy purchase.
Treat Yo Self This bad boy is DOPE! Thick aluminum, sturdy AF, clean @ss lines, works with an HP Elite Book and Dock! There's so much room to do do activities! 3 min assembly, 4 screws with included allen wrench. Buy yourself one. I bought this. With my own money and I'm not an "influencer" or "review-fluencer". You're welcome.
Nützlich. Sehr nützlich und formschön...ich möchte es nicht mehr missen. Das Ding ist sehr zu empfehlen.
decent laptop stand sturdy and ergonomic. Using it for a large 17" Dell laptop. If you are using this for a larger model like I do, don't expect to be able to type on it. I just use it so that I can use the screen and have a additional keyboard. Wish the brackets that hold the laptop were higher. Mine slowly slides down sometimes but otherwise stays put. I like that this stand allows for ventilation as this laptop runs hot.
It is perfect for what I bought it for.... I bought this laptop stand to raise my laptop off my somewhat small workspace - I needed some extra room to put my external hard drives, my Wacom Tablet, etc. I also wanted to get the laptop monitor up a little higher to match the external monitor I have added. It was very simple to put together. It came with 2 extra screws and an allen wrench and went together in less than 5 minutes. I decided on the Macally Aluminum Laptop Stand for Desk because it had the extra cross member on the backside of the stand as well as on the bottom. I felt it would be a sturdier stand. I do not use it to type on my laptop, but I tried it so I could describe how it worked in this review....it held very steady. It is definitely worth the money (which was cheaper than most). 5 stars.
Great value Great value for the money. Use my laptop as a monitor and use an additional monitor and works perfect.
Perfect size Very easy to assemble and takes up very little space on your desk. Great value!
Perfect for what I was looking for Keeps laptop cooler, gives me more desk space and brings laptop to eye level. Not sure why photo posts rotated.
Great Product! I really liked this stand for my laptop as it allows my laptop to breathe and not overheat as some of the other options do not allow for. It seems to be very well made and I like the rubbing padding so that my laptop doesn’t move. Would definitely recommend!!
Perfect in every respect Each quality piece was packaged separately in heavy plastic and placed inside a box that nestled each piece. It took less than 10 minutes to assemble - just 4 small, short screws and tool provided. It looks great with my 13" MacBook Pro - perfect fit and sturdy. I was concerned about the angle and height which are not adjustable but I couldn't be more pleased. I had tried an adjustable stand but making angle/height adjustments were just too difficult plus it was bulkier.
Really good laptop stand that does the job and looks good too This laptop stand looks really great with my MacBook Air. The assembly took me 5 minutes. My only worry is the stability of the stand. I haven't tested heavier laptops, but I have the MacBook Air and a light-weight Lenovo laptop that both seem to hold up extremely well on the stand. Just don't put too much pressure or weight on the stand and you should be fine.
I have 2 of these! I like these a lot, I have 2, 1 for work and one fore home. I haven't used any others since these are as you would expect a laptop stand to be. Its very sturdy and the grip/pads are realllly helpful to not let your computer slide off. I particularity like this kind over others because you can store things underneath the computer easy (sometimes there are bars in the way).
Easy to built and Works great with big gaming laptop. The stand came well package first of all and the stand is wide and strong enough to support the laptop weight, it helps a lot to keep the gaming laptop cool. for me the stand is perfect for what I need it for.
Elegant and Increased Airflow This piece just looks nice - almost like it came from Apple itself. Assembly was easy and it lifts the entire laptop to the same level as the adjoining screens I have attached. On an esthetic note: The gun-metal gray perfectly matches my Apple MB Pro so that's a nice touch. In terms of functionality, this permits a lot of airflow underneath and around the unit which should help keep things cooler and hopefully, extend life.
The absolute best laptop stand! Worth every dollar and more. This is my second purchase. Absolutely stoked with my purchase...
Great Laptop Stand This stand is perfect for what I needed. My 17” pc is on top and I put my MacBook Air under it. Cleared some clutter on my desk.
Assembly was easy. Sturdy and nice looking A rocky start as it came with 2 right hand pieces and thus couldn’t be assembled, but return/replace was smooth, easy and fast. We love the stand, it is stylish and safely holds our 17” laptop. The ergonomic and cooling improvements are just what we wanted. It has protective nonslip rubber pads on both the bottom and where laptop sits. We are still deciding where it will mostly be used, right now we are trying it on the kitchen island.
Keeps it cool and elevated I tend to do a lot of rendering and video editing on my 15" MacBook. I mainly bought this stand to lift my laptop off the desk and create more airflow to keep it cool. I've noticed since using it the past couple of months that the internal fans do not kick on as often as they use to which is nice. An additional things I like is with this stand my laptop's screen is now the same hight as my monitor so I'm not looking down at the laptop screen anymore. I did notice when I was assembling it that it was a little wobbly as first but once I set my laptop down it was fine. Overall a great stand for anyone who wants to keep their computer cool or lift it up for easier viewing!
Exactly what I needed Can't say enough about this, simple setup, very durable and takes up very little space. Would definitely purchase if I had another laptop
Great stand but arrived with wrong parts Our household has bought four of these stands (one each for my gf and me at home, one each for at our offices). 3 out of 4 of the stands are great. The fourth one, however, came with the wrong pieces included so it was impossible to assemble. The item was useless. Amazon refunded us but they did not offer a replacement (we ended up reordering it anyway). The stand is great as long as you get the right parts—if you need this in a hurry and can't afford to spend time with a possible refund hassle, I'd look for a higher quality vendor.
Dont buy for large computers Pretty study. Bowed a little when placing my huge work laptop on it. The hooks aren't big enough for large computers either. It works but I'd recommend it for smaller laptop.
Quick and easy to assemble What can I say about this, it’s just perfect, it was the perfect stand I was looking for, since it offers some space under the laptop so I could put some extra stuff. The aluminum is top notch, has a good weight to it. It definitely feels like premium stuff.Very happy about this purchase.
Quality I won this on one of the Amazon giveaways, it took long than expected to receive it but it was worth it. The quality of it is exceptional, very easy to assemble, and takes up no space. Will most likely be buying another one. My boyfriend makes a lot of music and even tried to build a custom one. But this stand is exactly what he wanted and needed!
Great Stand A very nice stand. Very happy with this purchase.I use this stand differently from its intended design. I often type in Spanish, so I use a wireless, Spanish keyboard. My 2 in 1 laptop unfolds almost to tablet form and sits nicely on this stand with the screen at a comfortable height, and the keyboard stores underneath when not in use.The aluminum frame and non slip rubber pads are of high quality. If using the laptop keyboard on the stand, I find it has some ‘bounce’. Using with a Lenovo Yoga with an 11.6" screen.
Great value Product work and look great. I have my Late 2011 15" lMacBook Pro on it and the stand is able to handle the weight. Nice metal finish and the assembly is very easy.
Beautiful ! Perfect packaging. Four aluminum pieces each come wrapped in vinyl sleeves and each is isolated in the clear molded plastic box liner. A zip lock bag holds the 4 tiny countersunk metric cap head screws needed for assembly (AND a spare set of 4) along with the only tool required, a 2mm. Allen wrench. Screws even come with threads treated with a thread-lock compound so they will not loosen. The stand sections fit together perfectly and the screw holes are perfectly tapped. Assembly is easy and intuitive but instruction sheet included gives clear step by step directions. Complete assembly in about 2 minutes. Laptop stand shelf has non-slip inserts attached as does the base. The stand will not slide on a desktop nor could the aluminum ever scratch a glass tabletop. Finely finished satin aluminum stand compliments my MacBook Pro & HP Envy Windows Laptop. Space beneath the stand can keep a wireless keyboard, mouse, phone, or small accessories from cluttering your desktop when not in use.
I've been using one for a week, and it's just what I was looking for. It may look frail in the pictures, but it isn't. I quite recommend this (hint: it works just fine with non-Mac laptops, too).
The Best Laptop Stand For Desk - Fits All MacBook Laptops (Aluminum)
Very stylish and functional. I received this today and I was very pleased with the quality. Really easy to assemble and supports my 17.3 inch HP really well. I am very happy with my purchase.
Works great Good quality, very stable
Works great but received the wrong color. Ordered space gray but received silver. Not worth dealing with return/exchange.. still works great and I’m happy enough to keep it.
Very nice product! Very nice product!
